Le Blanc Spa Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico: The Pinnacle of All-Inclusive Luxury
The Le Blanc Spa Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico is an all-inclusive, adult-only resort that challenges what a resort can be. If you’re looking for it, there’s a good chance it’s here, and don’t be surprised if they’ve perfected it.
Sometimes we’re keen to travel, and to visit the nooks and crannies of Europe. We yearn to have our thinking caps on as we navigate new transit systems, organize tickets for attractions, and figure out accommodation on a night by night basis. But, sometimes, our minds, bodies, and hearts aren’t craving the problem solving that goes with a trip like that, but rather a well deserved vacation.
There are times as human beings where we recognize that our battery is running low, and we desperately could use a place to charge that battery before it runs out or, worse, goes up in flames. Well, in my humble opinion, you’re not going to find a better place to come and recharge than Le Blanc Spa Resort in Los Cabos.
The only thing that you have to worry about is arriving, and then the rest of taken care of. This resort honestly redefines hospitality. I swear they knew what I needed more than I did! And, quite frankly, it was beautiful to just embrace that and to give into the restoration and relaxation.
I’m not someone who ever takes a bath, but I’ll be damned if that first night I didn’t take a hot bath with ample epsom salts, a good book, and a cold glass of champagne. I found myself considering what I likely would never do back home, then figured out precisely how to make it happen at this resort.
From tequila on my private balcony at sunset, to breakfast just as I wanted it at sunrise, there wasn’t a single request they weren’t able to accommodate, and that made my stay at Le Blanc Spa Resort in Los Cabos one of best vacations I’ve ever had the pleasure of taking.
It’s one of those places where you feel like you leave a different person. You’re not going to want to leave (trust me), but you also inherently understand that the trip was as good as it could have been, in all respects.
And so you leave with looser shoulders, a less furrowed brow, a much brighter smile.

Le Blanc Spa Resorts
Le Blanc Spa Resorts describe themselves as “the benchmark for all-inclusive luxury,” and that’s a statement that’s hard to argue with. They’re an all-inclusive, adults-only luxury brand that seem intensely focused on ensuring their guests leave with wonderful memories.
Currently, they have two destinations. They have the Le Blanc Spa Resort Cancun, which is located on one of the most stunning beaches in Cancun, and they note “is the number resort on TripAdvisor.” And they also have the Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos, which is, of course, where I was lucky enough to stay. It’s one of the few adults only, all inclusive resorts in the area, and they note that “this stunning oasis is the epitome of Los Cabos’ elegance.” Again, hard to disagree.
Generally speaking, Le Blanc Spa Resorts are known for a few things in particular.
Most prominently, it would be service, and that’s exemplified with their butler service. Fine dining would also have to be noted here, as they’re focused on elevated meals that are integrated with appropriate wine pairings, along with an emphasis on top-notch mixology. Another pillar would have to be wellness, and that can be seen with their focus on fitness (both classes and amenities), their full-service spas and more.
What Makes the Le Blanc Spa Resort in Los Cabos Special?
Below I’ll carefully go through what makes this resort the best of the best, but I’ll first just mention the location, so you can get an idea of precisely where you’ll be situated.
It’s set in San José (about 1.5 kilometres from El Tule Beach). That means the nearest airport is Los Cabos International, and it’s not all that far seeing as it’s about 35 kilometres away.
The Luxurious Accommodation
All rooms are outfitted with free wifi, a flat screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning and a wardrobe. You can also expect 24 hour in-room dining, a welcome bottle of wine, a Lavazza Coffee Maker, a pedestal tub and private bath with a rain shower, BVLGARI bath amenities, a welcome bottle of tequila and more.
Here are some of the rooming options (but it’s kind of impossible to make a bad choice).
Royale Deluxe Partial Ocean View: 1 king-size or 2 double beds. Worth mentioning that ultra-luxe amenities and butler service are included, despite being a more affordable option when it comes to their accommodation. There’s a baseline of comfort and luxury with all rooms.
Royale Deluxe Ocean View With Double Beds: Beautiful views of the Sea of Cortez and room for up to 4 adults.
Royale Honeymoon Suite Ocean View: A spacious suits with incredible views that comes with a gorgeous king size bed.
Royale Junior Suite: A sizeable private balcony, king size-bed, and state-of-the-art room design that makes it feel more like your luxury condo across the globe, as opposed to a hotel room.
Blanc Wellness Suite Ocean View: This was the room that I was lucky enough to call my own during my stay at Le Blanc Los Cabos. The curated menu of wellness amenities was a lovely touch, and the view could not be beat. You also get an exclusive spa credit ($75 USD per room, per night) if you book this room!
Royale Governor Suite: A living room, a dining room, and a view of the Sea of Cortez. What more could you ask for?
Royale One Bedroom Presidential Suite: This room is absolutely unforgettable. A premium liquor selection in your bar, a double-sized balcony to sip that aforementioned liquor on, and, as they note on their site, “bountiful spaces to relax and embrace the spirit of Los Cabos.”
Royale Two Bedroom Presidential Suite: It simply does not get any better than this remarkable suite at Los Cabos’ Le Blanc Spa Resort. Two king beds, tremendous sea views, and a suite so luxurious, you’re going to have to pinch yourself repeatedly. Just remember to leave occasionally to see the rest of this resort, because it’s well worth exploring!

The Blanc Spa
The facilities and offerings that they’ve got at the Blanc Spa are exceptional.
I’m not going to lie, the night prior to my visit to the spa, I may have forgotten I’m not young anymore, and had an extra whiskey or two from the bar (I mean, I had to know what the bars were like to write about the resort, right?).
Whatever semblance of a hangover I had stood no chance against the relaxing, healing and harmonious vibes of the Blanc Spa.
I had an hour massage booked, but before the massage, I spent an hour or so hopping in and out of the saunas and cold rooms, the steam rooms as well as different temperature pools. The attendants don’t miss much either! I would get a cool towel after a period in the steam room, or cucumbers to put over my eyes in the sauna. Not to mention, ample fresh beverages and snacks to hydrate and replenish.
There’s hydrotherapy available, a beauty salon, and plenty of rooms to just rest.
I never, even for a moment, felt rushed. Even after my massage, I was able to revisit some of the rooms and areas that I had appreciated. It’s very much a spa complex, where wellness is at the forefront of everything.
This place sits firmly in my dreams on a stressful day because I know how powerful it was in washing away stress and promoting all the things that make our bodies and minds feel at peace.
The Bars
The nightlife of a resort is important part of the mix as far as I’m concerned. Long gone are the days when I’m looking to go wild, but I certainly wouldn’t say no to a great glass of scotch with a lovely view on an evening with a warm breeze coming off the sea.
There are three spots that you should have on your radar.
The Blanc Lobby is a place you should visit to get a cocktail one night (or evening before dinner). You’ll find it has a calm demeanour and an elegant decor. If you’re looking for more of a “bar,” complete with some live music, then it’s Blanc Stage that you’re after. This is where the party seems to continue on for many folks, as it closes at 2am.
My favourite spot was Blanc Fire. When you see the fire pits, you’ll know exactly why this spot is called Blanc Fire. It’s an intimate spot with a great selection of available drinks, including some good scotches. This wasn’t just my favourite spot to get a drink, it was arguably my favourite spot on the resort. Part of that is due to Hugo, one of the most kind and knowledgeable bartenders I had the chance of meeting. He deserves all the praise I could offer, and he made my experience at the resort so much richer.
The Fine Dining Options
I’ve been to many resorts before where the food was called “fine dining,” and that wasn’t really the case. Or where perhaps the “Italian restaurant” was really just the person in the back who knew how to throw noodles in a pot in cover them in tomato sauce.
Well, that wasn’t the case here. The food was exceptional overall, and I felt quite spoiled at each meal.
Here are the restaurants that you’ll have access to during a stay at Le Blanc Los Cabos. If you do end up booking a trip here, be sure to make reservations in advance, as the restaurants are quite popular.
Lumière: French haute cuisine accompanied by adventurous cocktails. A nice spot to save for your last night or to celebrate an occasion.
Blanc Italia: Fine wines and traditional Italian cuisine in the heart of the Baja.
Mezze: Middle eastern cuisine that’s especially inspired by traditional Lebanese dishes.
Blanc Ocean: A seafood lover’s delight. Fresh dishes inspired by the Sea of Cortez, as you get the breeze coming right off the water. I ate here on the first night, and it was an ideal way to start the trip!
Blanc Asia: Dishes primarily from the Thai, Japanese and Thai culinary tradition, and a softy lit dining area to perfectly accompany them.
Blanc Pizza: Who knew you could get brick oven pizza in Los Cabos? A good spot for either lunch or dinner.
Blanc International: A little bit of something for everyone. Perfect for folks who have a picky eater in the group! They’ve got a breakfast and lunch buffet, as well as dinner a la carte.
Blanc Cafe: I was a mainstay here to effectively fulfill my love of caffeine. Both tea and coffee selection was excellent, and the crepes, sandwiches and pastries were excellent for snacks between meals! It’s also just a cute cafe that’s worth the visit.
The Design
Something that I have to mention about Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos - it was carefully and thoughtfully planned. There’s hardly a place on the resort that doesn’t have a great view of the rest of the resort, but I’d also say that it’s the perfect size. I never felt like anything was too far away but, conversely, I also never felt like I was tired of any one part of the resort.
There’s the beach for those who link to sink their toes into the sand (although the water is rough, so swimming in the pools is recommended), and there are four pools to choose from, each with their own vibe. There’s a fitness centre for folks looking to escape for a moment and get a sweat on. There are sundecks, terraces and vistas hidden throughout as well, which makes walking around and exploring a lot of fun, actually.
There’s also a business centre, and a handful of other locations that all fit seamlessly into the resort design.
To have so many different options, and so many different amenities all fit together so perfectly is a magnificent feat. It was the sort of place where I felt comfortable with my surroundings by the time I left, but also felt I could have benefited from another day or two of poking around. That’s kind the way you hope your customers feel if you’re a resort, I would guess!
The Location
The resort is within driving distance of a lot. Since I was there for a fair chunk of time, I made efforts to go into Cabo San Lucas as well as San Jose del Cabo. Cabo San Lucas was a city where I was able to take a sunset cruise and it was gorgeous, but also quite touristy overall. My guess is that place is just wild at night. Conversely, San Jose del Cabo was more charming and reserved, and I will have an article forthcoming about San Jose del Cabo because it was love at first sight for me.
The resort is somewhat equidistant from the two cities, and each person will like each city differently depending on their own preferences - but San Jose del Cabo was more my vibe, personally.
They offer many adventures at the resort including that luxury sunset cruise I spoke of, hopping on UTVs and ATVs, golf, whale watching, and more.
I’d caution folks from spending too much time off the resort based on how stunning the resort itself is, but you know best how you like to travel. If you’re there for a while, perhaps these excursions will be just what the doctor ordered.
Los Cabos’ Le Blanc Spa Resort - The Escape You’re Looking For
As a person, I’ve never been particularly good at disconnecting. Even when I’m not trying to work, my mind tends to slip back into that stream, and I don’t think anyone would note that relaxation is my forte.
However, it appears that I’m awfully good at unplugging when there’s something to plug into that’s a heck of a lot more enticing. Letting go of everything else, and giving myself fully to the experience at the resort was something I could do, since it was both relaxing and engaging. Not to mention, staying here is very much choose your own adventure, so you can choose the pace that suits you best - and I found the rhythm that enabled me to enthusiastically disconnect.
My heart, soul, and mind were captured here. Captured isn’t even the right word - enveloped is. I was immersed in something that I enjoyed with my whole heart, because the whole experience was designed for me to feel precisely that way.
As a person, and even as a travel writer, I’ve always had this hesitancy to go back to places again and again, since there are so many other places I’d like to see.
But I’ll tell you this - when it comes to Le Blanc Spa Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico, I could go back again and again and again, because I know that whatever state I arrive in, I’ll always find what I need.
I want to humbly thank Visit Los Cabos (with help from Jesson+CO) for hosting me as media. All opinions are completely my own.
